Artificial Turf Installation Company Booklet

Please Note: We are looking for an 8 page booklet, so we will do 6 pages through the contest and then 2 one on one. We install artificial turf in our customers backyards in Texas. The average cost of our installs is $10,000, so it's a luxury item. - Customers are upper middle class homeowner (homes >$500k) - Usually families with kids and pets - The main reasons they want turf are: 1) grass doesn't grow (shade, dogs tear it up, not good at landscaping) 2) tired of maintenance for natural grass 3) real look and feel all year 4) save water - We provide visit potential customers at their house and provide free estimates. That's when we would like to hand out the booklet.

The color scheme should be in green. It should feel high quality and upscale given the audience and the price point. The most similar would be a high end pool builder.
