STS News Desk CaptivateIQ , a leading sales performance management solution, announced the appointment of sales and go-to-market expert Dennis Lyandres to its Board of Directors. Lyandres was formerly Chief Revenue Officer at Procore Technologies and responsible for driving revenue across all customer-facing functions, including sales, marketing, customer success, RevOps and business development. During his eight-year tenure, he helped lead the business through multiple stages of growth, through IPO, growing annual recurring revenue from $10M to over $900M. Prior to Procore, he was an early sales leader at data companies Cloudera and Pentaho. He currently serves as an advisor for ICONIQ Capital and sits on several Boards. “I am deeply passionate about CaptivateIQ because I have lived the pain of trying to manage incentive compensation and territory and sales planning with legacy solutions or, worse, spreadsheets,” said Lyandres. “People are the heart of any organization, and their compensation matters immensely. I am honored to join CaptivateIQ on its journey to becoming a generationally-defining company.” Lyandres will work with CaptivateIQ to innovate and execute go-to-market strategy as the company enters its next phase of growth, supporting the increasing number of enterprise companies now turning to the platform to streamline incentive compensation and sales performance management.
