We are a Catholic lifestyle blog and brand selling one primary book (the Catholic All Year Compendium), a membership, subscription boxes, educational materials, and home goods to young families. We equip families to observe traditional Catholic devotions and saints' day celebrations based on the Church liturgical calendar. Our customers are mostly women 25-45.

I'm looking for something dynamic and eye catching. I want to create brand recognition. I want the website to convince people that we know what we're doing and can help them. The current homepage design is new, but I just don't think we quite landed where we want to be doing it in-house. I like the video at the top and want to retain that. I use a lot of vintage religious lineart and vintage ad illustrations in my designs and blog posts. I like micro interactions and whimsy. Our brand colors are in the CAY colors image (these are the colors we want featured in our branding. they are associated with the liturgical seasons of the Church and it would be nice if that was somehow incorporated)

Unclear calls to action, too much clutter, generic 'minimalist' design. Straight lines between sections--please try to use curves if using a block-by-block method

My main pain point right now is organization. My website grew from blog only; to blog + pdf downloads; to blog + downloads + shop + memberships + videos + subscription boxes. I want my homepage to sell Catholics on a "lifestyle": liturgical living in the home, convince them we are subject matter experts, and tell them how we can help them get started or go deeper through the book I wrote (the Catholic All Year Compendium), free resources (blog posts, emails, and free downloads) plus gently try to sell them on memberships, subscription boxes, and shop items. I need the homepage to function for people clicking over for the first time who want to learn what liturgical living in the home IS, and for people who don't so much care about that but just want to purchase particular Catholic gift items, and for people who are already members or subscribers and want to access their included resources. Our offerings are very seasonal, since everything we do is based on the seasons and days of the Catholic liturgical calendar.
