Commemorative album cover for early 2000's rock band

Falls Road was a high school rock band circa 2003 that played for family, friends, and the local community. We recorded a bunch of original music but have not played together in 20 years. This album cover is for a commemorative album to be shared by the band with family and friends.

I would like to have an album cover designed for a standard CD jewel case. This album is a commemorative project for our band that is reuniting after 20 years. It is not intended to be marketed for sale. I think I would like the design to be in grayscale but am open to other ideas. I would like band name, "Falls Road", to appear in a street sign that is part of the design. It may or may not also appear superimposed on top of the images as text as long as it is clear that it is the band name and not just a background image. I would like to include some or all of the seven photos provided in the cover as well. These are digital pictures of printed photos, so the quality is not the best. Stock imagery may also be used. The album name should be "The Complete Sessions".

This is a passion project, not a commercial one. The selected designer will be engaged to turn this album cover into a multi-page booklet with lyrics; an image to be printed on the CD; and, a jewel case tray card. The entire project must be completed by the end of October 2023.
