We are the #1 selling team on the Main Line of Philadelphia. We are a luxury local real estate brand. Our average price point is between $800,000 - $2 Million. The Main Line, our primary service area, is a region of affluent suburban neighborhoods just west of Philadelphia. Robin and her team have sold nearly $3 Billion worth of real estate - a record on the Main Line. We have served over 2,500 clients to date and need to reflect a sophisticated, luxury look/feel in our postcard design. We sold 279 homes in 2022 for a total of $243 Million in home sales. Design one side of a postcard for a luxury real estate team. Most recipients of postcards view them for only seconds, so their design needs to immediately capture attention. They need to be uncluttered and very easy to read. We are in the process of designing a new postcard campaign targeting homeowners 55+ older, who are likely empty nesters or are looking to downsize. Presently, we have completed the front side of the card (attached). The front side of the postcard reflects a very clean, modern, and minimalist style. The design is intended to grab attention. It contains only the necessary elements, and nothing more. We would like for you to design a Mailing Address side of the postcard which compliments the design style of the front side of the card. Postcard page size is 10.99 in x 5.99 in.
