Design a Wordpress site for an engineer turned entrepreneur's blog + portfolio

I am an Engineer turned Entrepreneur. Currently enrolled in acupuncture school & pursuing side ventures.

I would like black text on a light/white background. Simple navigation bar up top on page header. The existing theme I like the most is Arbutus (https://wordpress.com/theme/arbutus). There are two main aspects to the site. One is a personal blog, the other a professional portfolio. The blog displays posts with a full page or close to full page Feature Image first. Click through reveals the post content. The work portfolio page has higher density, possibly displaying items in a grid layout.. My name is Greek. At least for the logo, I'd like a font that takes subtle inspiration from ancient Greek calligraphy & architecture.
