生成AIと企業システムは「水と油」、歩み寄りに向けた3つの課題 一方で、取材を通して感じるのは、生成AIと企業システムの相性の悪さだ。簡単に言えば、より良い回答を導出しようという生成AIの特性が、安定・不変をよしとする企業システムのポリシーにそぐわない。そのままでは、まさに「水と油」の様相だ。 生成AIが企業システムの開発・運用に何らかの改善をもたらすのは間違いない。ただし両者を隔てる課題を認識した上で、歩み寄るための工夫が求められる。取材から見えてきた3つの課題と、それらへの対処を紹介したい。 回答の揺らぎを許容できるか 生成AIが提示する回答の揺らぎを抑える方法は幾つかある。まずはプロンプトの工夫だ。自社固有の運用要件や判断条件などをプロンプトとして与えることで、回答の精度を上げるとともに、揺らぎを抑制できる。 プロンプトの改善は生成AI活用の基本といえる。例えばオープンソースの「Langfuse」は、大規模言語モデル（LLM）向けアプリのパフォーマンス情報の取得・分析、プロンプトの管理といった機能を備える。アプリの動作状況に基づいたプロンプトの改善が可能だ。 最近耳にする機会が増えた「RAG（Retrieval Augmented Generation、検索拡張生成）」も有効だ。例えば、障害対応データを蓄積したデータベースを連係させれば、類似のインシデントへの対処に基づいた回答に絞り込める。 生成AI側で「回答の揺らぎ」を調整できる場合もある。例えば「IBM watsonx」には「回答を振らせないモードがある」（二上CTO）。これを使えば、回答の揺らぎはかなり抑えられるだろう。 企業システムへの活用を考えたとき、生成AIが提示する回答の揺らぎは無視できない。ただし、「人間の判断だって揺らぐ。AIだから100点を取ってくれというわけにはいかない」（Ridgelinez Senior Manager DX＆ITの林航氏）。揺らぎの抑制には、許容範囲の見極めが欠かせない。 この記事は会員登録で続きをご覧いただけます。次ページでログインまたはお申し込みください。
