Learning Forward podcast will dives into the depths of self-reflection regarding leadership failures and the lessons learned put into action to become a better leader. My target audience is really anyone who desires to be a better leaders, learning for the mistakes of others. Young professionals and beyond.

I would like the initial design to be for a podcast. However, I would also need a YouTube/Linkedin banner to expand past the audio into the visual as well. This is a leadership podcast. It needs to have popping, eye-catching visual appeal. While sophisticated and modern, it needs to be refreshing and unique to stand out. Colors like Red gets people’s attention and holds it. It is the most popular color for marketing. The color red tends to increase the heart rate and create a sense of urgency. It makes customers more likely to take big action when they enter your business and increase the overall conversion rate. And, Blue is a more relaxed color and a bit softer than black. When you want to be viewed as trustworthy and cool, or evoke a sense of security, blue is the color for you.
