I'll Pay MORE MONEY for Illustrating a Children's Book based on a New, Fun Song!

Hello! NOTE: This contest was previously launched under the wrong category several days ago, so we relaunched it under the correct category. Apologies for any confusion. This contest is actually the START of a project that will lead to a 1-to-1 working relationship to illustrate an ENTIRE children's book at a different rate you and I agree on. I don't expect you to design the entire book based on this contest, BUT I'm looking for designers to provide a sample of how they would illustrate a children's book based on a song that I wrote and had professionally produced. Please refer to the lyrics below and a link for listening to the song. With your submission, please tell me what the ENTIRE COST would be for you to illustrate the entire book, INCLUDING the money from this contest. I need to know what EVERYTHING will potentially cost me. Children and parents should have a sense of being able to sing along with the song while reading the book. They will be able to download the song for free. For this contest I'm looking for a sample illustration(s) that shows me your BRILLIANT design concept for the book. VERY IMPORTANT: I prefer bold, fun colors like a Marc Chagall painting. If you envision the characters being human children, please make them racially diverse. Or the characters could be animals or aliens or cute monsters or human-like objects such as sneakers or cars or something. I do not know. You are the designer with FAR more CREATIVE experience than me, so I'm more interested in YOUR brilliant vision for the book than my vision. The best children's books usually have a fun, UNIQUE illustration style (ex. Dr. Seuss, Goodnight Moon, Where The Wild Things Are, etc.) Let me know if you have any questions.
