Luxurious design for boutique medical practice sub-header

High end luxury medical practice. We serve two types of clients: -Cosmetic Surgery -Hand Surgery We try to portray a luxury appearance but also make it appear accessible to the public

We have come up with a homepage header that we like, but have not been able to match a picture or set of pictures for the header with content that matches and looks well. One needs to be fit for plastic surgery sub-homepage, and the other for the hand sub-homepage. Below the homepage in this image there should be a call to action to book an appointment or contact us.

Please see attached images. We are happy with the header, will accept header improvement suggestions, but mainly focusing on the image/images and design below the header that make it match to the rest of the design.
