Nurse Champion Giveaway Design for Sustainable Tote Bag

We create reusable tote bags out of repurposed clean hospital plastics. Our business takes a Circular Economy approach whereby we are trying to design out waste, or create products out of waste using a process known as upcycling or repurposing. People who work in healthcare are usually very enthusiastic about these bags as well because they see how much of the material these bags are made of gets thrown away. We want to create a bag design to print on bags that will be used in a nurse champion campaign where we will give these bags to nurses and help them to feel empowered by the vital work that they do.

Im looking for an image that highlights how amazing healthcare workers are and makes them feel empowered. The image will be applied to the bag using a heat transfer branding. The bags will be given away to Nurses who are active in the sustainability movement in their hospital. We call these nurses, "Nurse Champions". The design should fit within the image box that you can see in one of the bag images. Ideally the design should be comprised of between 1 and 3 solid colors, no gradients. The design can say something like "Nurse Champion" or "Healthcare Heroes" or "Hospital Green Team". It would be cool to also incorporate some element of sustainability into the graphic, as the giveaway will be centered around nurses who take simple actions to reduce waste, make sustainable decisions, etc.
