Nuvo Group's Products & Differentiators

    Remote non-stress tests

Under provider prescription, remote NSTs with INVU allow for the completion of non-stress-tests, a common and frequent test administered in the last trimester of high risk pregnancies to monitor fetal heart rate and uterine activity, ensuring that a pregnancy is progressing healthily or to quickly identify when intervention is needed. INVU can be used to monitor NSTs wherever mom is scheduled for an assessment under the supervision of her provider. Mom can sit for the NST from the comfort of her own home and see a high-level view of the data while her provider gets an immediate reading of the detailed data from a session, identical to the strip of data they are used to seeing from in-clinic NSTs.

Sheba Medical Center and Nuvo Partner to Develop AI-Powered Remote Pregnancy Monitoring Solutions

Feb 24, 2025

Image: Nuvo Group Israel’s Sheba Medical Center ‘s innovation arm ARC has announced a new collaboration with Nuvo Group to develop advanced AI-driven solutions for remote pregnancy monitoring. The partnership aims to enhance maternal and fetal outcomes through technology that supports clinical decision-making and early detection of pregnancy complications. The collaboration will focus on creating AI-based modules that provide clinicians with advanced decision-support tools while enhancing diagnostic capabilities and enabling early intervention. The partners will also conduct population health analysis to improve the quality of prenatal care at the community level. Nuvo’s remote monitoring solution allows expectant mothers to track their pregnancies from home, the workplace, or other locations, improving both the prenatal care experience and pregnancy outcomes. The collaboration will be directed by Dr. Avi Tsur, an OB/GYN and high-risk pregnancy expert who serves as Director of the Women’s Health Innovation Center at Sheba Beyond, the medical center’s virtual hospital. This agreement is part of Sheba’s broader initiative to become one of the world’s first fully-integrated AI hospitals. Through ARC, Sheba is working to transform healthcare using AI to enhance patient care, diagnostics, and personalized treatment approaches. The medical center has established itself as a leader in AI health tech, collaborating with institutions like the Mayo Clinic to integrate advanced AI solutions across its departments. Prof. Eyal Zimlichman, Chief Transformation and Innovation Officer and Director of ARC at Sheba Medical Center, said: “Our partnership with Nuvo represents the future of pregnancy care. Integrating AI-powered solutions into routine prenatal monitoring not only enhances pregnancy outcomes but also demonstrates how technology can revolutionize healthcare worldwide.” Laurence Klein, CEO of Nuvo Intl Group, said: “We are excited to embark on this collaborative commercial and research partnership with Sheba’s ARC, predicated on innovative, AI-driven modules powered by the INVU platform. ARC and Sheba Beyond’s global leadership in advancing remote and hybrid pregnancy care is invaluable, and we look forward to driving meaningful transformation together.” Nuvo’s INVU platform is an FDA-cleared remote pregnancy monitoring and management system that enables the delivery of remote non-stress tests (NSTs) and maternal and fetal heart rate monitoring. The system pioneers new data-driven personalized pathways that Nuvo believes can improve future health outcomes. The platform is currently being used by leading health providers and research institutions across the US and Israel, with plans to expand its footprint in both countries. You May Also Like
