Este ano o banco dos correios foram alvo de 8,09 reclamações em mil contratos, ainda assim abaixo das 13,21 reclamações por mil contratos de crédito à habitação em 2023, de acordo com o relatório de supervisão comportamental divulgado esta quarta-feira pelo Banco de Portugal (BdP). A tabela das reclamações nos contratos de crédito à habitação e hipotecário tem em segundo lugar o Abanca com 3,52 reclamações em mil contratos. 9 Abril 2025, 15h00 O Banco CTT registou o maior número de reclamações nos contratos de crédito à habitação e hipotecário em 2024, tal como já tinha acontecido nos anos anteriores. Este ano o banco dos correios foram alvo de 8,09 reclamações em mil contratos, ainda assim abaixo das 13,21 reclamações por mil contratos de crédito à habitação em 2023, de acordo com o relatório de supervisão comportamental divulgado esta quarta-feira pelo Banco de Portugal (BdP). O Banco CTT segue sendo o banco mais reclamado no crédito à habitação e hipotecário, pelo menos desde 2020, apesar das inspeções e recomendações do Banco de Portugal. Este ano a tabela das reclamações nos contratos de crédito à habitação e hipotecário tem em segundo lugar o Abanca com 3,52 reclamações em mil contratos. Segue-se o EuroBic (comprado pelo Abanca no ano passado) com 1,61 reclamações em mil contratos. O Banco Montepio surge em quarto lugar com 1,60 reclamações em mil. Já a Caixa Geral de Depósitos aparece em quinto lugar com 1,57 reclamações em mil contratos. A média do sistema está em 1,50. No depósitos à ordem, o mais reclamado é o BAI Europa, com 0,96 reclamações por mil contas. O ActivoBank segue-se com 0,80 reclamações por mil depósitos. O Abanca surge em terceiro lugar com 0,73; o Banco CTT segue-se com 0,59; e o Novobanco surge em quinto lugar com 0,47 reclamações por mil contas de depósitos à ordem. A média do setor é 0,37. Olhando para o crédito ao consumo, verifica-se que a Younited Credit (que dá crédito online) é a mais reclamada em 2024 com 4,61 reclamações por cada mil contratos. Segue-se a CA Auto Bank com 2,82 reclamações e a Mobilize Financial Services (também de crédito automóvel, do grupo RCI Banque Sucursal Portugal) com 1,84 reclamações em mil contratos. O cartão Universo surge em quarto lugar com 1,79 reclamações em mil e o Banco CTT volta a figurar com 1,69 reclamações em mil contratos. A média do sistema é 0,44. O Banco de Portugal no relatório revela que foram consideradas nesta análise as reclamações entradas no Banco de Portugal sobre depósitos bancários, crédito aos consumidores e crédito à habitação e hipotecário, independentemente de, na sua análise, terem sido detetados incumprimentos ou irregularidades por parte das instituições reclamadas. Foram recebidas 22.542 reclamações sobre matérias no âmbito de atuação do Banco de Portugal, numa média mensal de 1.879 reclamações, menos 16,4% face a 2023. O Banco de Portugal diz no, relatório de supervisão comportamental, que a redução foi em parte impulsionada pelo resultado das ações e diligências de supervisão adotadas em 2023 e 2024. A explicação para a queda das reclamações no crédito à habitação e hipotecário reside no fim do período de vigência das iniciativas legislativas que visavam apoiar os clientes bancários face ao aumento das taxas de juro, que gerou muitas reclamações em 2023.
