We need a new professional web design for our Automotive Website

We create informative articles about automobiles. Most articles help troubleshoot problems, answer questions, or review products. The target audience is 25-44 and owns a car.

I’d like something that looks professional. Something that gives us credibility and people instantly trust. Our colors are blue, black, and white. I’d like custom automobile-related icons, custom list number graphics, custom background images, and transitions. See the example website for inspiration.

Homepage: A hero image with a tagline, and call to action above the fold. The main categories with images and custom icons. "As seen on" with logos of big brands that link to us. Expertise section highlighting our team. Explore by car brand or car type. Popular posts (5 of my choosing), Newest posts (last 5 published). Categories with images and a list of subcategories. Footer section. About us page: basically what’s on our about page currently but with transitions for each section (custom background, custom divider, etc). Collection page: custom icon with description, then transition to featured articles (top 5 of my choosing), then a search box, then latest posts (last 5 and then link to next pages). Post page: title, author profile pic, name and last updated date, then the featured image. I’d like custom dividers between list items. You can see that they do this in the example site. This could be little wrenches or gears or something like that. List item numbers should also have a blue circle with a white font for the numbers. The example site does this but with green. I’d also like a custom divider between the intro and when the rest of the article begins. Also another at the end of the article after the conclusion area. Then a transition to a section about the writer. This can have their name, profile picture, and bio. Then we need to show related posts. Then we can show cards for the categories, like on the homepage.

The example site looks really nice. I want to do something similar. Professional, custom, and credible is the look I’m going for. Most of our traffic is on mobile. While it's important we have an amazing design for desktop, I'd like to also see a mobile version as well. Since most of our visitors experience our website on their phones, this is important.
