Flyer to advertise listings for sale

I would like a clean modern design similar to the ones I uploaded. The flyer should be 8.5" x 11" and can be full bleed as long as there is no important information or text that can be cut off on printers that don't print full bleed. Having images and background colors go to edge is ok, for example. See uploaded examples. The first one Capture.png is our preferred design, but I included the other one for additional reference of the design style we like. I need the following items included in the design (from top to bottom): Top Section: -Main image -3 smaller images side-by-side Middle Section: -Offered at $450,000 -4 Beds 3 Baths 2,500 Sq Ft (include icons) -Property description paragraph (can include title like "Fantastic Home For Sale" if you want. You could also put this title at the top as a banner.) Bottom Section: -Agent photo -Agent Name -Agent phone -Agent email -Agent license number (ex: RE1324567) -Company logo
