Reservation Sign for Beach Cabana Business

I need a reservation sign template for my beach cabana business! Sun Ease Rentals rents beach equipment (Tents, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, speakers, etc) to those visiting the Outer Banks in North Carolina. We set the equipment up on the beach each day so that our customers don't have to carry a bunch of stuff for long distances. However, they need to know which setup is theirs. Your reservation sign design will be used along 40 miles of beaches on the Outer Banks to let each customer know what equipment is theirs to use! Permanent aspects of this reservation template: Background design: Beach with one of our tents and some chairs with people having fun, a barreling clear blue water wave with a surfer riding, and a plane flying around (wright brothers plane, outer banks is the location of the first flight in recorded history) Company name and phone number at the bottom of the design: "Sun Ease Rentals 252-999-0307" The customizable aspects of this template: -Customers last name -The dates of their service -Equipment being provided I have attached a drawing of mine (you will see why I am hiring someone a little more skilled) as a baseline for what I would like. I have also attached several photos of our equipment and the beaches to give you a good idea how things look around here. Please put logo and company name on the tent as they are in the pictures! I have also attached a picture of the holder that the reservation sign will be going in. It is a bit bigger so PLEASE MAKE THE DESIGN 9" x 12" ! Thank you! In the inspirational files you will find the cartoon style that I would like. The surfing picture is a reference for how I would like the wave and surfer to look, color-wise and the stance as well. This does not need to be exactly as I have drawn in the concept, do what you think would make someone happy to be on the beach and in the shade. I am excited to see all that the world of artists on here can do!
