Una volta attivato, per tutte le transazioni fatte con la app, sia nei negozi fisici sia ecommerce, l’utente raccoglierà un punteggio. Tra gli esercenti che abbiamo sentito lo 0,1% ha detto che non userà più il servizio, un altro 0,1% valuterà. Quelli a cui abbiamo spiegato hanno capito e sono ancora a bordo. Ci aspettiamo che la novità del programma a punti gli faccia piacere».
