Single and EP album cover that evokes Japanese simple brushstroke art

Original music that synthesizes classic rock, shoegazer, and folk to create a new sound. Target audience is anybody who loves the above genres of music.

Our band has a new single, for which I am asking for the following design. As we record more songs, the artwork will be repurposed for an EP. 1. Plain blue cover. Somewhere in the neighborhood of sky blue. 2. The band's name "Cooperman Hodge" written in all upper case. 3. The song/EP name "Sail on, David" written in regular case. 4. A simple outline of a sailboat, in white. I was thinking that a paint brush stroke would look good. 5. I would like the text to stand out, so maybe it can be in white but have black borders.

If using stock images, please obtain all permissions in advance. In my last contest, the artwork was held up at the last minute by 99designs because of the use of undeclared stock images. Thank you.
