This is a tattoo for me personally

I would like a design for a tattoo that will go on my upper back. I have provided photos to show what my back looks like and roughly how large I want it to be (circled in blue). In the middle, I would like some variation of the "endless knot" or the "tibetan infinity knot"... with some sort of symbolism of life to the left.. and some symbolism of death to the right of it... I don't want these symbols to be huge... I do want them to be in color - and I'm not sure if I want the endless knot piece to be in color or not - I will leave that open-ended for y'all : )... I would like for the endless knot to be symmetrical but the symbolism of life and death to be roughly the same size (in terms of height and length) - no skull for death please Thanks in advance for your help!!
