Renta 2024 - 2025 Las ventas en plataformas de segunda mano crecen sin parar en España Wallapop / Europa Press 09/04/2025 07:26 Las plataformas de compraventa de segunda mano como Wallapop, Vinted o Milanuncios han cambiado la forma en que muchas personas gestionan sus pertenencias. Si bien estas aplicaciones permiten deshacerse de artículos de manera fácil y rápida, también han dado lugar a una creciente preocupación entre los usuarios: ¿es necesario como particular declarar los ingresos obtenidos a través de estas plataformas en la declaración de la renta? Según se recoge en el manual práctico de la renta 2024, la transmisión de bienes usados en plataformas digitales se debe incluir en la declaración de la renta “si se obtienen ganancias patrimoniales por la venta o ventas que se realicen”. La ganancia se da si el precio de venta es superior al de adquisición original. Por ejemplo, si se vende por 20 euros un pantalón que se compró por 15 euros, se tributará por los 5 euros de beneficio. ¿Dónde se declaran las ventas de segunda mano? Todas estas situaciones se tienen que declarar en las casillas 1624 y siguientes, en el apartado “ganancias y pérdidas patrimoniales derivadas de transmisiones de otros elementos patrimoniales (a integrar en la base imponible del ahorro)”. ¿Y cómo tributan estas ganancias? Se incluyen en la base imponible del ahorro, que tasa con un 19% hasta los 6.000 euros de beneficio, dentro del supuesto más extendido. Las pérdidas no se pueden restar para compensar otras ganancias obtenidas con otros productos de inversión o ahorro. Así, si las ventas realizadas a través de plataformas como Wallapop, Vinted o Mil Anuncios no arrojan beneficios, no suele ser necesario declararlas, al ser el supuesto más repetido el de la venta a pérdidas.
